Doubles Lists

So I'm attending Spring Imcursion. A doubles tournament in Mansfeld. Here's the tournament pack http://warhammer.org.uk/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=109457 but basically it allows all allies to be trusted and a little bit of comp. my ally is a new player using Empire. I've written 2 lists but unsure which would be better to take. One army has to take the BSB while the other has to take a General. Here are the lists -

Test Lizardmen Model

Just a few pictures of a test model I've done for my future Lizardmen army. Gone with green skin and turquoise scales and a red spot colour. Quite like it. I'm not 100% on the gold/bronze colour. Different to how I normally paint it.

What do you guys think? Will it stand out? Possibly thinking of the GW blue lizards. Is that boring?

New Army in New Year

So I've been toying with my next army. It has been decided on Lizardmen. I'm hoping to have it done by SCGT 2013. Now I'm not a very good player so I've written two lists I think I could have painted by the tournament and could be quite fun.

The first list is a kids list. One of everything. I want to throw down comets whilst still being able to do some sort of damage with other troops. I've only played 2 games with the lizards so far. Both at 500 points and I've enjoyed them. The second list is a big 'death star' of temple guard with 3 Saurus characters and a Slann on Beasts for Wild form and savage beasts. Also have a level 2 on heavens for some spells which could help with combat. Any way, here are the lists-

Scar vet, bsb, light armour, shield, dragon helm, dawn stone.

Scar vet, cold one, shield, great weapon, armour of destiny.

Skink priest, level 2, cube of darkness.

New Warriors of Chaos

So here are a few pictures of the new Warriors of Chaos stuff. Not sure what to make of them yet. Will make a better judgement when I have them in person. What do you think?
